If you're not seeing or are no longer seeing your tire positions on your TireMinder Lite App on your Android device, these steps should help get you back up and running quickly and easily.

For the best results while troubleshooting, it is important to ensure the Bluetooth Adapter has at least a 50% charge and is near you or on your person, e.g. in your other hand or in your pocket.

Troubleshooting

Disconnect Mode

First, check whether your tires have been mistakenly "disconnected" with the TireMinder Lite App's Disconnect Mode with the following steps.

  1. In the TireMinder Lite App, tap the Settings icon on the bottom row of the TireMinder Lite App.
  2. Under Vehicle Settings, ensure that both "Front Vehicle Connected" and "Rear Vehicle Connected" are toggled and you see "Tap to Disconnect" on both.
  3. Tap "Home" at the bottom of the app to go back to Monitoring Mode, where your previously learned transmitters should now be displayed.

If your transmitters have not been disconnected in the TireMinder Lite App's Disconnect Mode, you can move on to the following steps to re-establish the connection between your Smart TPMS Bluetooth Adapter and your TireMinder Lite App.

Learn Mode

Checking if you have already learned your transmitters to your system in Learn Mode is an easy way to confirm whether your transmitters were accidentally deleted.

  • In the TireMinder Lite App, tap the Learn icon on the bottom row of the App.
  • Any learned transmitter positions will be green circles. If any are white, they do not have a transmitter learned to them.

Bluetooth Connectivity

If the Bluetooth icon on your Bluetooth Adapter is solid and you cannot connect to it with the TireMinder Lite App, complete the following steps.

As a reminder, it is important to ensure the Bluetooth Adapter has at least a 50% charge and is near you or on your person, e.g. in your other hand or in your pocket.

  1. Turn the Bluetooth Adapter off by pressing and holding the power button on the top of the device.
  2. Fully close the TireMinder Lite App on your device.
  3. Toggle Bluetooth off on your device.
  4. After about 5 seconds, toggle Bluetooth back on on your device.
  5. Reopen the TireMinder Lite App on your device and, while the dialog box says "Connecting... Please turn on Bluetooth Adapter", turn your Bluetooth Adapter back on.
  6. Within a few seconds, you should then hear "Bluetooth Device Connected" and your Bluetooth Adapter should then have a blinking blue light on the front, indicating connection has been established.
  7. If you previously learned transmitters to your system, they should now be showing. If you did not, you should see "No Tires Are Learned - Learn New Tires Now" and you will need to go to Learn Mode to begin the setup process of your TireMinder Smart TPMS.
