Why Do I Not See Tracking Information On My Battery Order?

The TireMinder Battery Replacement Program orders shipped without replacement transmitter caps are shipped in a standard flat envelope and do not include tracking information at their weight and class. Orders shipped with replacement transmitter caps are shipped in a 4x4x4 box with tracking provided.


Orders are typically shipped and handled within a week of the date of being placed. For US orders, if faster shipping is needed, please contact us directly by phone at 772-463-6522 from 9 AM to 4 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
