How To: Delete and Reinstall a TireMinder Transmitter

The troubleshooting steps below apply to the following TireMinder models

TM-66, TM-77, TM-88C, A1A, A1AS, i10


  • Remove the transmitter you are replacing from the valve stem.
  • Remove or replace its battery. Confirm with a voltmeter that the battery's voltage is at or above 3.06 volts.
  • While in Monitoring Mode on your monitor, press and hold the left and right buttons together to put your monitor into Learn Mode.
  • In Learn Mode, press and release the right button and navigate around the monitor to the position you wish to replace.
  • Once on the desired position, press and hold the center button for 2 to 3 seconds. After 2 to 3 seconds, the position will then show "--" on that position.
  • Attach your new transmitter to the valve stem. Within 5 to 15 seconds, you will see a pressure reading pop up on the display.
  • Press and hold the left and right buttons for 2 to 3 seconds until to exit Learn Mode and go back to Monitoring Mode.

Smart TPMS


  • Remove the transmitter you are replacing from the valve stem.
  • Remove or replace its battery. Confirm with a voltmeter that the battery's voltage is at or above 3.06 volts.
  • From the Home screen on your App, tap Learn.
  • In Learn Mode, tap any available position with a white outline and a plus (+) in the circle.
  • Tap the desired position and click "Confirm."
  • Attach your new transmitter to the valve stem. Within 5 to 15 seconds, you will see and hear a confirmation that your transmitter has been learned.
  • Tap Home to exit Learn Mode and go back to Monitoring Mode.

Trailer TPMS


  • Remove the transmitter you are replacing from the valve stem.
  • Remove or replace its battery. Confirm with a voltmeter that the battery's voltage is at or above 3.06 volts.
